Join us for the collaboration of food and mead, the nectar of the gods, as it has been done for centuries. Enjoy a five course meal created by our Executive Chef and inspired by Superstition Meadery’s unique style and flavors, each paired with a different mead to marry the dish and drink in a delicious way.

Course One

Mixed Green Salad with Burrata Cheese, Marinated Berries, and Almond Brittle paired with Ginger Voodoo, a Semi Sweet Mead made with Jamaican Ginger Root and Wildflower Honey

Course Two

Lemongrass Shrimp with Jalapeno and Phyllo Crisps paired with Flora, a Traditional Off-Dry Mead made with Wildflower Honey


Warm Butternut Creme paired with Lagrimas de Oro, a Traditional Dry Mead made with Mesquite Honey and Aged in a Bourbon Barrel, Served Warm

Course Four

Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Manchengo Risotto, Organic Vegetables, and Orange Creme paired with I.F. Safeword, a Belgian Dark Strong Mead aged in Bottle Logic Brewing’s Iridium Flare Beer Barrels

Course Five

Deconstructed Cheesecake paired with Coffee Marion, Superstition Meadery’s 2016 Mazer Cup Gold Medal Marion Mead aged on Coffee Beans
